My name is Jenn Brennan and I am a mama of three that has a passion for health and fitness! I have been involved in the industry since my teen year’s and that is when I realized that this was my calling! I started Jenny B’s Bootcamp and Personal Training so that I could share my knowledge of health and fitness with other’s while teaching client’s that exercise can still be fun! Most of my client’s biggest complaints are that they don’t know what to do when they go to the gym, and that they are intimidated by the gym atmosphere! My classes are designed for all fitness levels and aren’t intimidating because everyone works at their own pace! The classes not only make you sweat your buns off but they educate you, empower you and give you the confidence to reach your fitness goals!
As a mama of three I understand how hard it can be to find the time to exercise and eat healthy. I also understand how important it is to make time for YOU…….remember that person???!!!! To me there is nothing better than the rush that you get after an awesome workout. Well, why not come to a girl’s night where instead of drinking wine and chit chatting, you chit chat while getting your sweat on! Every class that I teach is different from the last and therefore you will never be bored and will never plateau! My programs are designed to keep pushing you past your comfort zone in order to keep increasing up your fitness level! As a Certified Personal Training Specialist, a Certified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist as well as a Certified Bootcamp Instructor, I empower and motivate you feel fabulous, healthy and to love yourself! I find happiness and strength in encouraging, teaching and coaching other’s to feel confident and sexy once again and this is why I do what I do. I am so blessed that I’m able to help client’s reach their fitness goals each and every day!

My name is Lisa LaPorte and I am a woman who just doesn’t like to sit still! I am a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer and soon to be certified Fitness Boxing Instructor. I love to run, strength train, mountain bike, snowboard, downhill ski, play soccer……basically, you name it; I’m up for the challenge…as long as heights are not involved. I have been a runner for over 15 years and although it wasn’t love a first step, it quickly became my go to exercise for cardio and stress relief. I have trained for distances ranging from 5km to full marathons so if you are looking for any running guidance please don’t hesitate to ask! I have a positive attitude and love to motivate people to accomplish goals they never would have thought possible.
I’m a mom of two young kids so I understand not only the time constraints that some of you ladies are up against, but also the changes that your bodies go through during that time of your lives. Having been on the receiving end of Jenn’s bootcamp workouts in the past I can appreciate the importance of a great well rounded workout that goes beyond the impersonal atmosphere of a big box gym. I have often referred to her bootcamp classes as a good mix of working out and some much needed social “me” time. I am so pleased to join Jenn’s team and look forward to helping you all reach your goals.
My name is Rocco Fuda a.k.a. Rocky as my father has called me since childhood and becoming my nickname at the gym and in the ring. Being a family man myself with a full time job and a consistent training regimen I know the difficulties of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. I am enthusiastic, very patient, compassionate and motivating; I am humorous and love to joke, but serious and focused when it’s time to train. I also have a great passion for soccer as I have played for many years and still enjoy a good friendly game.
As a certified personal trainer specialist and working part time as a fitness coach & instructor for the BWG leisure center and being blue level certified in Muay Thai Kickboxing with experience in BJJ, Boxing and Vale Tudo (MMA) coupled with a burning passion to train hard and a bright spirit of enjoyment in living and promoting a healthy, strong, happy and confident lifestyle we will work together to reach your fitness goals, increase confidence, build motivation, strengthen the body, focus the mind and most of all create a healthy lifestyle that is consistent with your state of life. I incorporate conditioning and endurance training within my circuits to give a well-rounded and explosive full body work out. A great love for circuit training and conditioning drills incorporating Muay Thai techniques. I am very detail oriented, focusing on proper technique in striking and defensive skills. Predominantly trained in Muay Thai for 10 years and certified under Ajahn Suchart to instruct, it has been my passion to teach the martial art to those who wish to learn. While incorporating and placing a great emphasis on cardiovascular training, strength and conditioning this makes training versatile, challenging, effective and enjoyable.
Seeing as Muay Thai is one of the most efficient and devastating martial arts in the world due to its rigorous training and conditioning regimens, I offer my students skills to improve personal strength, endurance, cardio and mental focus. The classes will be challenging, enjoyable, dynamic, enhancing and progressive. You will learn to not only protect yourself from violent opposition and take abuse with resilience and unbreakable agility, but to deliver very powerful and effective retaliation that will make the perpetrator who decided to mess with you regret the moment they crossed your path. Whether you’re training for personal health, fun, or the ring my Muay Thai Circuit will greatly help achieve your goals and instill a deep sense of satisfaction, confidence, focus and overall wellbeing.
