MAY/JUNE 2017 INDOOR BOOTCAMP – Sign Up Now Open!

This 9 week session runs from Monday May 1st, 2017 until Friday June 30th, 2017!

Jenny B’s Bootcamp is an all ladies bootcamp class that focuses on strength and resistance training, free weights, circuit training, core strengthening, body sculpting cardio and all over full body workouts! We are a group of women that work together a couple of times a week and have a blast while working out! If you want to trim some inches, lose some weight or join for personal reasons of your own, come and get your butt kicked with me!

Classes are held at the Frank Stronach Park in Copper Hills in Newmarket during the summer and in my home studio in Newmarket during the cooler months. All sessions are 1 hour in length.

Please note that my May/June indoor/outdoor bootcamp session will be a 9 week session! Classes will begin the week of Monday May 1st, 2017 and will run until Friday June 30th, 2017. Please see the calendar below for makeup dates due to holiday’s. Spots fill up fast so register now!––––

2 Classes Per Week-$284.76 Incl. HST
3 Classes Per Week-$427.14 Incl. HST

To sign up for my classes please fill out your name, phone number, email and days of classes required for the session. You must also choose the start date for your very first class in the drop down menu. I will get back to you immediately by email to let you know if there is space available in the classes that you requested. All classes are first come first serve and fill up fast! Payment’s are due upon registration and I accept paypal, email money transfer, cash and cheque payments. If you are paying by cheque please make all cheques payable to “Jenny B’s Bootcamp and Personal Training”. Cash and cheque payments can be dropped off in person at a time that works best for both of us. Please don’t forget to bring your water, running shoes, a mat, and wear your exercise clothes!
