Small Group Training

Group training can be a wonderful way to train with a few friends while saving some money at the same time. I will design a full body workout based on the group’s goals and fitness levels. This is also a fantastic way to work on correcting your form for future workouts!


Single Session:
3 ppl $90 ($30/person) + HST
4 ppl $100 ($25/person) + HST
5 ppl $110 ($22/person) + HST

6 Sessions:
3 ppl $486 ($162/person) + HST
4 ppl $528 ($132/person) + HST
5 ppl $570 ($114/person) + HST

12 Sessions:
3 ppl $864 ($288/person) + HST
4 ppl $912 ($228/person) + HST
5 ppl $960 ($192/person) + HST

To sign up for my small group training sessions please fill out your name, phone number, email, number of sessions you would like as well as your group fitness goals. I will get back to you immediately by email so we can chat more about what day’s and times work best for your group to train with me. All small group training sessions are one hour in length. Payment’s are due at your first session and I accept cash, email money transfer, and cheque payments only. If you are paying by cheque please make all cheques payable to “Jenny B’s Bootcamp and Personal Training”.
